How resist peer pressure ?

Teenagers usually have problems with communication. They are always nervous and upset because off  small things. They often find  problem with school, exam, and a very big problem with friends and with classmates.
Exam stress is normal, but it can sometimes get out of control and make you unwell. What can you do, then, to reduce stress and study for success? To begin with, it's important to make a study timetable and stick to it. As a result, you will feel more organised and confident that you have time to prepare well for your exams. Secondly, you should take good care of yourself by eating healthy, getting enough sleep and taking regular breaks to do something fun. Consequently, your body and mind will stay healthy and you will be able to better concentrate when studying. Another helpful suggestion is to study with a friend. Some people might find this useful as they can discuss any problems that come up. All in all, I think exam stress can be a major problem. However, if you are organised and healthy and get help from others, exam stress will never be a problem for you again.
They might be able to give you helpful advice, as they probably have experience with peer pressure too you will feel more confident in your actions.
Choose your friends carefully . If your friends share your beliefs, you will reduce the amount of peer pressure you may experience.
If you talk it through with someone you trust, such as a friend, teacher of parent.
They might be able to give you helpful advice, as they probably have experience with peer pressure too.
Positive examples: Peers set plenty of good examples for each other. Having peers who are committed to doing well in school or to doing their best in a sport can influence you to be more goal-oriented, too. Peers who are kind and loyal influence you to build these qualities in yourself. Even peers you've never met can be role models! For example, watching someone your age compete in the Olympics, give a piano concert, or spearhead a community project might inspire you to go after a dream of your own.
Being teenager is not so easy you have to go through a lot and suffered a great deal important to stay calm and be friends with everyone and have time to prepare for exams
